“We are committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable people by building homes that give them greater independence and dignity”

HB Villages is a privately owned property development and investment company established in 2011 to work in partnership with registered social housing providers, care commissioning bodies, national charities and support providers to deliver much needed Specialist Supported Housing in community settings across the UK, without the need for government subsidy.

In 2012 HB Villages became a joint venture with Community Solutions, a part of Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL), adding the capital and resource to deliver our programme throughout the UK.  MSIL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Sindall Group plc, one of the UK’s leading construction and regeneration groups.

Since 2012 HB Villages have constructed over 200 apartments with a further 350 currently under construction and due to be handed over in 2016.

The future for HB Villages

Specialising solely in the Specialist Supported Housing sector has enabled us to create a model of property development combined with support and integrated assistive technology that meets an individual’s living needs, whilst being a proven cost effective delivery option for care commissioners.

Our aim is to deliver thousands of new bespoke homes for people with often complex housing and care needs and we are using our experience of purpose built accommodation with assistive technology to expand the model into the housing and care needs of the elderly.
